These Terms of Service govern your use of pvramat.com and purchases made from PVRA.
Throughout these Terms, “PVRA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PVRA Ltd.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or legal reasons.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting and manufacturing tolerances.
Product dimensions, weights and other measurements may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please read and follow any instructions, warnings and care information supplied with your product.
Nothing on our website is intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement or confirmation by email.
We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or description error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
- we are unable to deliver to the supplied address.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Where applicable, prices displayed to UK consumers include VAT.
Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you complete checkout.
You must provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
Payment is processed using the payment methods made available at checkout.
6. Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@pvramat.com.
7. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession, or to a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return or exchange products are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Our voluntary 60-Day Trial is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict them.
9. Faulty goods and consumer rights
UK consumer law requires goods to be, among other things:
- of satisfactory quality;
- fit for their intended purpose; and
- as described.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms communicated with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional codes have no cash value;
- they cannot be exchanged for cash; and
- only one promotional code may be used per order.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, but doing so will not affect orders already validly accepted.
11. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including our branding, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to PVRA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our protected material without our permission, except where permitted by law.
12. Third-party services and links
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including payment, shipping and technology providers.
We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage that you suffer as a result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, we supply products only for domestic and private use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer purchases, such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Events outside our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where such an event materially affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and communicate with you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, services or applicable law.
The Terms applying to your purchase will generally be those in effect when your order was placed, except where a change is required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law applicable to you and may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
