Standard UK delivery is £5.99 for a single mat and free when you order 2 or more mats. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order comes with a tracking link sent to your inbox.
Returns & Guarantee
What if my mat arrives damaged?
Email support@pvramat.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do I pay return shipping?
For a change-of-mind return under our 60-day trial, you pay the return postage. If your mat is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us first and we will cover the return cost where the law requires. Your statutory rights are not affected. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How does the 60-day trial work?
Use it daily. If it isn't for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and return it for a full refund of the price you paid for the mat. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by you, and the mat must not have been deliberately damaged. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Does it actually hurt? Like, for real?
Yes. The first 30 seconds are intense, then it melts into that "hurts so good" feeling. Most people find it gets easier after a few uses.
Is the mat safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. It's made from silicone and is latex-free.
Will this work if I have sensitive feet?
You control the intensity with your bodyweight, so you can start gently. Many people find the firm pressure eases the feeling of tired, tense feet. Start slow and listen to your body. If you have open wounds, diabetes, neuropathy, or any circulation condition, check with your doctor first.
Can I use it outside the shower?
Definitely — try it under your desk or while brushing your teeth. Anywhere you're standing, PVRA works.
Does it smell like rubber?
No. Unlike PVC or cheap mats, silicone is completely odourless.
Is this just going to get gross and moldy like every other bath mat?
Nope. Premium silicone doesn't absorb water or grow that black slime. Quick rinse and it's done — no scrubbing, no bleach, no hanging to dry. Toss it in the dishwasher if you want.
How do I clean it?
Quick rinse after each shower and you're done. For a deep clean, toss it in the dishwasher or wipe it down with soap. Silicone doesn't absorb anything so it stays fresh with zero effort.
How long does it actually last before I need to replace it?
Years. Premium silicone doesn't crack, curl, or fall apart like cheap PVC.
